“Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
As children, our movement repertoire was vast. We could squat to pick the dandelions from the lawn and hop on one foot continuously. Somewhere along the way, as we became older, our ability started to be reduced. We are unsure when we exactly lost the ability to squat or balance on one foot. We have accepted our diminished ability and limit our activities accordingly.
This holiday, give yourself the gift of movement. Started reclaiming lost movements and with each passing day, as your confidence improves, so does your activities. Come join me in my upcoming workshops on squatting and balance.
