As I reflect back at 2019, there is much gratitude despite the challenges and losses I experienced this year.
Hope:
This year marks my 22nd year as a practicing occupational therapist. I am still passionate about my profession as I am able to bring hope in my clients’ lives. To have them feel and experience that their quality of life can be better with small and big changes.
Joy:
I have a daily practice to seek out the small joys in life that is provided by Mother Nature. The sunrise, sunset, snow fall, buds shooting through the earth, the majestic mountains. The joys are endless.
Love:
2019 marks my 10-year anniversary from graduating from my 4-year Feldenkrais® teacher training program. I am still inspired and love the Feldenkrais Method®, which has helped me move, think and feel better as well.
Gladness:
I am grateful for Mona, owner of Janati Yoga for welcoming me as a staff member. Janati is such a beautiful space with so much staff support. For all of my clients who have and continue to work with me. Thank you, thank you. Be ready for 2020 as I have many delights in store for you.
